At Mindful Mountain Yoga, Amherst VA.

Discounted class registration interchangeable for all group yoga on the mat, chair yoga, Tai Chi - 4 classes, $60, or 8 classes, $100. Drop In rate is $20.

Monday evenings 05:30 pm- Gentle Yoga. Relax and rejuvenate, patiently discover our “sweet spot” in poses and flows with Anne-Alex.

Tuesday mornings 10:00 am- Ashtanga Yoga- active with Paige.

Tuesday mornings 11:30 am- Beginning Yoga with Megan.

Tuesdays at 1:00 pm- Parkinson’s and MS Movement with Anne-Alex.

Wednesday evenings 04:30 pm- Better Balance Tai Chi with Anne-Alex.

Thursday mornings 09:15 am- Hatha Yoga with John.

Thursday mornings 10:45 am- Chair Yoga with John.

Thursday 12 noon 45 minute Lunch Stretch.

Thursday 1:00 pm- Yoga Teacher Training.

Friday class is coming in the new year.

Saturday mornings 10:00 am- All Levels Community Yoga with Chelsea.

Sunday afternoons 01:00 to 3:00 pm- African Drumming with Malcolm, $25/drop in, or 4 class series $80, reserve a space @ 914-589-0964.

Tai Chi and Gentle Yoga are a cup of tea for the body and a petit four for the mind.

Balance is how we move inside and outside.  

We appreciate all of our present and past yogis.

Studio is closed Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter, and Memorial Day. Check studio postings for those weekend holiday classes. 

Weather event cancelations will email notifications to our studio subscriber list and post to the Mindful Mountain Yoga FB and Instagram at least two hours before class.
